18 Conejo is a medium-roast, single-origin coffee produced by the women-led 18 Conejo BioCafé in Marcala, La Paz, Honduras. Purity lists chocolate, butter, pear, and brown-sugar notes; Catuaí, Bourbon, Parainema, Lempira, and Typica cultivars; and shade-grown production around 1,280 meters. The coffee is Demeter Biodynamic, USDA Organic, and EcoCert certified. The current page describes the processing method as washed in its specifications but as honey processed in later copy, so this record does not assign one method.
